Elissa has lived all over BC and southern Alberta before she finally settled down in her hometown of
Sparwood BC. In 2010, after a struggling with weight and body image for all her teens and early 20’s, she decided to make a change. Unfortunately, with the mass amounts of misinformation out there she
found herself on the other end of the spectrum, severely undereating and over exercising. She knew
there had to be a middle ground.
She started diving into exercise and diet for health and performance. During this time, she fell in love with the human body and how much it was capable of. Knowing how hard it is to navigate exercise and nutrition alone she became a Certified Personal Trainer through NASM in 2018. After a few years training clients, she realized how many others have the same struggle she did. By obtaining a nutrition certification she would be able to help others even more. So, in 2024, through NCI, she did just that.
Elissa loves spending time with her family and friends, especially outdoors. Helping others and seeing
them succeed is one of the things that she enjoys most. Her aim is to support clients with compassion,
understanding, knowledge and accountability to help them reach and maintain their goals.

Grace is a newly certified personal trainer with a passion for helping others unlock their strength and confidence. Currently competing in natural bodybuilding, she brings firsthand experience in discipline, dedication, and the art of sculpting a strong, healthy physique.
Her training style blends the intensity of weightlifting with the fluidity of martial arts and the mindfulness of yoga, creating well-rounded programs that build power, balance, and resilience. Whether you’re looking to gain muscle, improve endurance, or simply feel more energized, Grace designs workouts that meet you where you are and push you toward your goals.

Marci has long enjoyed staying active through yoga, walking, and running, with a strong appreciation for movement that supports both physical and mental well-being. As a mother of three, she understands the importance of balance and creating space for fitness within a busy lifestyle.
Outside the studio, Marci loves spending time outdoors with her family. You’ll often find her camping, fishing, hiking, or cross-country skiing and fully embracing an active, outdoor lifestyle.
Marci is passionate about creating a supportive, uplifting environment and looks forward to helping members move, feel strong, and enjoy their fitness journey.
