TF STRENGTH

Our Strength Classes deliver a balanced workout combining cardio, strength, mobility, and stability. Designed for all fitness levels, you’ll move at your own pace in a supportive, motivating environment while progressively building strength, endurance, and flexibility through functional training.


CARDIO KICKBOXING

This high-intensity workout blends martial arts-inspired movements with dynamic cardio drills to deliver a full-body burn. Expect a mix of punches, kicks, and athletic conditioning sequences set to motivating music that keeps you moving from start to finish.


BUTT STUFF

Butt Stuff is a 45-minute glute-focused class designed to lift, shape, and strengthen. Expect targeted activation, strength work, and controlled movements that build power, improve stability, and leave your glutes fired up. Suitable for all levels.


STRENGTH FOR LIFE

A low-impact strength and mobility class designed for adults 50+. Build muscle, improve balance, and boost confidence with safe, guided workouts in a friendly, supportive setting. Perfect for all fitness levels.


YOGA FLOW

Move with your breath in this energizing, all-levels class. Flow through seamless poses that build strength, flexibility, and focus while calming the mind. Expect smooth transitions, breath awareness, and options for every body—ending with a soothing cooldown and relaxation.
